BACOLOD City – The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Special Enforcement Team dismantled a suspected drug den in Barangay 12 yesterday afternoon.
Authorities identified the suspects as residents Jovie Bermudes, Danny Rodriguez, Brian De Guzman, Jayhan Mission Alqusalas, Joshua Cagmcal, Reynaldo Villamor, Itrmel Taghoy, and Roy Agena.
They initially sold a sachet of suspected shabu to an undercover officer for P500, PDEA said.
When frisked, seven more sachets of the illegal drugs were recovered from their possession.
They were placed under the custody of PDEA. Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against them./PN
