ILOILO City – For mauling him, a pedicab driver placed under citizen’s arrest a fellow pedicab driver.
Lamberto Perez, 30, of Barangay Calumpang, Molo district arrested Gaspar Francisco, 30, also of the said barangay.
According to Perez, he was driving his pedicab when a drunk Francisco blocked his way and hit him with a bamboo stick.
Francisco also strangled him, said Perez.
Perez had contusions and bruises on an arm and neck./PN
