BACOLOD City – A lifeless man was found floating off the shore of Villa Servando Subdivision in Barangay Singcang-Airport.
He was identified as 53-year-old pedicab driver Avelino Alisbo, a police report showed.
Alisbo’s body was discovered by a fisherman around 6 a.m. on Sept. 24.
Initial investigation revealed the victim was last seen together with some of his friends having a drinking spree in the area.
Responding officers of Police Station 8 did not find any wounds on Alisbo’s body suggestive of murder.
They have yet to rule out foul play in the incident./PN
