ILOILO City – In Barangay Sta. Felomena, Arevalo, a pedicab driver and a motorist were injured in a road crash.
The 49-year-old pedicab driver Leonel Romano of Barangay Mohon, Arevalo sustained injuries on the body, a police report showed.
He was brought to Western Visayas Medical Center in Mandurriao for treatment.
According to police investigators, Romano was navigating the road when a motorcycle driven by 22-year-old Jayzon Joaquin hit him around 10:15 p.m. on July 3.
Joaquin – a resident of Barangay Abilay, Oton – sustained lacerated wounds on the head./PN
