CAPIZ — The Provincial Health Office (PHO) here temporarily closed its Provincial Vaccination Center (VaxCen) at the Poolside Pavilion, Villareal Stadium in Barangay Tiza, Roxas City today.
According to PHO head Ramon Alex Nolasco, the temporary closure is due to a limited number of manpower among composite team personnel and volunteers.
However, Nolasco assured that the vaccination center will resume its operation on Wednesday and Thursday, and the succeeding weeks thereafter.
Relative to this, Nolasco advised all those interested vaccinees on the said day to avail primary series and booster doses at their respective Local Health Offices official vaccination sites.
“Again, we remind our fellow Capiznons on the utmost importance and indispensable benefits of immunization together with the strict adherence to minimum public health standards in our ongoing fight against the COVID-19 pandemic,” Nolasco added./PN
