ILOILO City – A pickup vehicle hit a pedestrian in Barangay Omambong, Leon, Iloilo on Wednesday.
Driver Ronald Caminade, 36, of Barangay Sambag, Zarraga, Iloilo was held at the Leon police station.
Sixty-two-year-old Herman Calugdang of Barangay Pandan, Leon sustained head injuries. He was recuperating at the Aleosan District Hospital.
