YEAR 2020 has been a great year for Rebel Wilson whose transformation did not only inspire others but also helped her achieve the best version of herself.
In a recent Instagram post, Rebel revealed that while access to professional trainers brought about a different kind of change in her body, walking alone did a lot for her body.
“Walking is the best way for me – for my body type – to metabolize fat,” she said. “On the physical side, my biggest tip, guys, is get out there and walk. If you can do an hour, that’s what I like to do, when I go walking, and it is the best. Just get your body moving.”
Apart from going on walks and hikes, Rebel also challenged herself by learning how to surf and doing boxing.
In a recent Instagram Live, Rebel said her body “responds well to protein,” adding that she only eats about 1,500 calories each day to make sure she achieves her desired weight. (Push)
