BACOLOD City — A member of the Western Visayas Regional Police Office band was arrested in Barangay Estefania yesterday.
Police Officer 2 Roberto Presbitero of Iloilo City was drunk when he looked for his cousin in Barangay Estafania.
A misunderstanding with the residents ensued when Presbitero refused to name his cousin.
Police Inspector Junje Liba, Candoni police chief and a resident of Barangay Estafania, responded to the commotion.
Liba sought assistance from the Police Station 4 after Presbitero yelled at him.
