ILOILO City – The National Police Commission (Napolcom) will administer the Philippine National Police (PNP) entrance and promotional examinations nationwide on June 30, 2024.
For Western Visayas, the venue of the examination will be at the West Visayas State University (WVSU) this city and Negros Occidental High School (NOHS) in Bacolod City.
The PNP entrance (PNPE) examination is open to all Filipino citizens who are not less than 21 years old or more than 30 years old on the day of the examination.
All applicants are required to register to the Napolcom Online Scheduling System at www.napolcom-noss.org prior to the processing of his/her application and the online registration will start on May 6 up to May 10.
Applicants will then receive a notice indicating the date of processing his/her application and then they will take a screenshot of or print out the said notice to be presented during the face-to-face evaluation and processing of application scheduled from May 7, 2024 up to June 5, 2024 at the Napolcom Region 6 office.
Civilian applicants for PNPE need to prepare and present their generated online registration notice, one recent passport sized photo with name tag (first, middle and last names), one valid government ID, one legal size envelope with a P21 worth of mailing stamp and P400 for the examination fee during the face-to-face processing.
Meanwhile, PNP patrolman/patrolwoman with temporary status of appointment who will be taking the PNPE will need to prepare and present during the face-to-face processing their generated online registration notice, one recent passport sized photo with name tag (First, middle and last name), their PNP ID, one legal size envelope with a P21 worth of mailing stamp and P400 for examination fee.
For PO4th class, PO3rd class, PO2nd class, and PO1st class promotional examinees, they need to prepare and present their generated online registration notice, one recent passport sized photo with name tag (first, middle and last names), their PNP ID, one legal size envelope with a P21 worth of mailing stamp and prepare a P400 examination fee for PO4th class, P450.00 examination fee for the PO3rd class, P500 examination fee for the PO2nd class and P600 examination fee for the PO1st class.
Applicants need to bring their printed Notice of Admission (NOA) issued by Napolcom 6, ID, pencil no. 2 and blue or black ball pens during the examinations.
Napolcom 6 reminds that only examinees with printed NOA shall be authorized to take the examination and clearances issued by the courts, National Bureau of Investigation, PNP and barangay shall not be accepted as valid government-issued ID.
PNPE examinees are required to wear white shirts, shoes, black or dark blue pants and observed proper grooming while PNP PromEx examinees shall wear their PNP GOA Type C.
