CAPIZ – The suspect in the murder of a 14-year-old girl in Barangay Poblacion Sur, Ivisan, Capiz was apprehended on Friday, Feb. 23.
But suspect Louie Lipalim was brought to Roxas Memorial Provincial Hospital after allegedly ingesting poison.
He is a resident of Lambunao, Iloilo who temporarily stays in the area.
The victim, identified as “Angel,” a resident of Barangay Poblacion Norte, was found lifeless on Feb. 21 with multiple stab and hack wounds.
Lipalim claimed that the victim stole money from him.
Meanwhile, the municipal government assured extending aid for the burial of “Angel”./PN
