ILOILO City – A drug suspect was arrested yesterday in Barangay Poblacion, Concepcion, Iloilo.
Police said the 29-year-old Richard Pendon of Sitio Tuburan of the same village was a “newly identified low-value target.”
Pendon yielded two sachets of shabu worth P1,200, P400 cash and a mobile phone.
He was caught and hauled to the Concepcion police station lockup cell around 11:50 a.m./PN
