BACOLOD City – Police were searching for the suspect in stealing a 12-plate wet cell battery in Barangay 19.
Wilmart Malacad of Barangay Villamonte told Police Station 4 that the battery worth P7,000 had been detached from his motor vehicle.
Malacad said he discovered the thievery on Aug. 16.
Based on information from a witness identified only as “Pane,” police identified Rolen Gonzales of Barangay 19 as a suspect./PN
