BACOLOD City – Facing murder charges, a man was arrested in Barangay Robles in La Castellana, Negros Occidental.
Police identified him as 29-year-old Arnel Catubig, a resident of the town’s Barangay Biaknabato.
He was apprehended around 9:38 a.m. on Feb. 2, police said.
Catubig was detained in the lockup cell of the La Castellana police station. No bail was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
