BACOLOD City – About P180,000 worth of suspected shabu was seized in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Singcang-Airport.
Police also arrested two suspects – residents Ariel Francisco, 46, and Jake Caniendo, 31.
Around 3:20 p.m. on April 1, they sold a sachet of suspected shabu to an undercover officer for P2,000, a police report showed.
More sachets were recovered, according to the police.
The suspects were detained in the lockup cell of Police Station 8, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
