ILOILO City – After a year of hiding, the No. 2 most wanted fugitive in Carles, Iloilo was arrested.
The 25-year-old Carlo Gonzales from the town’s Barangay Dayhagan faces two counts of rape, police said.
Police served him a warrant in Barangay Cawayan around 10:30 a.m. on Feb. 14.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the municipal police station.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
