BACOLOD City – A policeman charged with rape surrendered to Police Station 4 commander Senior Inspector John Ganzon in Barangay Villamonte.
Police Officer 2 Albert Estacion disappeared for five months after learning he had been charged with rape.
On the day he surfaced, he also surrendered to Ganzon his government-issued firearm.
Judge Ray Alan Drilon of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 41 issued Estacion’s arrest warrant on May 16, 2016 yet.
The policeman was detained at Police Station 4.
Ganzon declined to give details of Estacion’s rape case./PN
