ILOILO City – A wife of a police officer has been robbed while walking on General Luna Street.
Two unidentified men waylaid her. One of them pointed a knife at her and declared holdup, the 27-year-old Jecky Naciongayo of Calinog, Iloilo told the police.
Naciongayo said the incident happened at around 2:30 p.m. Wednesday.
The men took her P2,500 cash and fled, she said.
Naciongayo said she was held up near the hotel where she was staying while waiting for her husband, who was undergoing marksmanship training at the Police Regional Office 6./PN
