ILOILO City – There won’t be a reshuffling of provincial and city police directors in Western Visayas.
However, said Police Regional Office 6 (PRO-6) director, Police Brigadier General Leo Francisco, the performance of police commanders is continually being monitored.
“Those who have poor performance will be relieved,” he said.
Francisco also reminded the provincial and city directors and police station chiefs not to be involved in illegal drugs, illegal gambling and other illegal activities that would damage the Philippine National Police organization.
“Dapat masigasig sila sa kanilang trabaho para hindi mapalitan,” said Francisco.
The PRO-6 top cop also ordered a maximized deployment of police personnel, and for cops to coordinate with barangay officials in the peace and order campaign./PN
