ILOILO City – The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Iloilo Provincial Statistical Office has concluded the 2024 Census on Population and the Community-Based Monitoring System (POPCEN-CBMS) for the province and city of Iloilo.

With enumeration finalized in December 2024, PSA said it ensured ensuring comprehensive and accurate data collection.

Quality control measures throughout the process included close supervision, spot-checking interviews, and stringent reviews of raw data to detect and correct inconsistencies, said PSA Iloilo officer-in-charge Jerry L. Dolutan

These steps aimed to uphold the integrity and reliability of the census results, he stressed.

To further enhance accuracy, the PSA conducted saturation activities across Iloilo, revisiting areas to verify findings and ensure every household and individual was accounted for.

The agency also encouraged the public to report un-enumerated individuals by contacting barangay officials or the PSA Iloilo office through provided hotlines or email.

Dolutan said reliable data is vital for informed policymaking and community development initiatives.

For any un-enumerated residents, the PSA can be reached at (033) 327-9219 or via email at iloilo@psa.gov.ph./PN
