ILOILO City – He was left with a bruised face after a man punched him, a resident of Molo district claimed.
The 22-year-old John Michael Sioson reported to the police that he fell and nearly lost consciousness because of the attack.
Sioson identified his attacker only as “Anthony,” about 30 years old from Barangay Calaparan, Arevalo district.
Anthony was badgering him while he was binge-drinking at a birthday celebration in Zone 1, Barangay Calumpang, Molo at 8:45 p.m. on May 24, Sioson told the police.
An altercation ensued between them, leading Anthony to strike him on the left face, a police report stated. (Margaret Anjelie Llorico, Intern/PN)
