ILOILO City – A suspected drug pusher was arrested in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Tabuc Suba, Barotac Nuevo, Iloilo.
Ivan Pineda, 34, of Barangay Batuan, Pototan, Iloilo sold a sachet of shabu to an undercover officer for P1,000.
Policemen of Barotac Nuevo staged the entrapment, which led to the confiscation of 14 sachets of the prohibited substance on Dec. 1.
They took the suspect in custody for filing of appropriate charges./PN
