BACOLOD City – He was caught after allegedly selling drugs to an undercover police officer in Purok Bugo, Barangay Tabugon, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental.
The 43-year-old resident Rocel Sustiosa was arrested in a drug buy-bust operation around 6:30 a.m. on Saturday, a police report showed.
Recovered from Sustiosa’s possession were five sachets of suspected shabu, an improvised tooter, P700 cash, and P100 marked money.
Officers from the Kabankalan City police station led by Superintendent Jonel Guadalupe and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency staged the sting operation.
Sustiosa was detained in the lockup cell of the Kabankalan City police station.
He was facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
