ILOILO City – Police arrested a suspected drug pusher in Barangay Sto. Niño, Arevalo district.
He was 35-year-old Jose Herman Aninacion, a resident of the village.
An undercover officer initially bought from Aninacion a sachet of suspected shabu for P1,000.
Thirty-one more sachets of the prohibited substance valued at around P46,500 were seized during Aninacion’s apprehension around 2 a.m. on Oct. 16.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the Arevalo police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
