BACOLOD City – He allegedly sold illegal drugs, police said.
Alcher John Miranda, 28, was nabbed in a drug buy-bust operation in Barangay San Teodoro, Binalbagan, Negros Occidental, a police report showed.
Miranda – resident of the village – was caught after he sold a sachet of suspected shabu to an undercover cop for P500 around 10 p.m. on June 5, it added.
When frisked, Miranda yielded five more sachets of suspected illegal drugs.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the Binalbagan municipal police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
