ROXAS City – A suspected drug pusher was nabbed in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Lawaan.
Seven sachets of suspected shabu valued at around P40,500 were seized from 42-year-old Julyter Candelario , a police report showed.
Candelario – resident of the village – was nabbed after he sold a sachet of suspected illegal drugs to an undercover officer for P500 on April 12.
“May mga previous cases na ina siya. He was the subject of a drug bust operation in the past pero nakapalagyo siya during the operation,” Roxas City police station spokesperson Master Sergeant Ramil Arcangeles told Panay News.
Candelario was detained in the lockup cell of the Roxas City police station.
Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against the suspect./PN
