ILOILO City – Twelve plastic packs of shabu were seized from a suspected drug pusher in Barangay Santo Niño, Arevalo district.
These were on top of the plastic pack of the same substance that Japsy Maligad sold to an undercover policeman for P1,200, a police report showed.
Maligad, 20, was a resident of Barangay Calumpang, Molo.
The buy-bust operation was staged around 11:50 p.m. on June 2.
The suspect may be charged with violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, specifically sections 5 (sale) and 11 (possession)./PN
