ILOILO City – Police caught four persons engaging in illegal gambling in Barangay Tabuc Suba, Jaro district.
They were residents Jessie Tolentino, 34; Edmar Peroja, 24; Ritchie Defeonsor, 40 and Anjo Barredo, 24.
Police chanced upon them playing the illegal card game pusoy around 4 p.m. on March 3, a police report showed.
Recovered from the suspects were a set playing card and P320 bet money.
They were detained in the lockup cell of the Jaro police station, facing charges./PN
