BACOLOD City – Eight people were arrested for alleged illegal gambling.
Police accosted the following residents in Barangay Tangub:
* Wilfredo Mirasol, 59
* Jacinto Siocon, 60
* Jimmy Acma, 64
* Ruby Casten, 32
* Edgar Layao, 35
* Julius Fuentes, 54
* Mark Siocon, 39
* Alfred Escalora, 34
Police Station 8 took them in custody after their arrest on Oct. 13.
Officers caught them playing the card game pusoy, a police report showed.
