ANTIQUE – A barangay tanod facing two counts of qualified rape charges was arrested in Sitio Cabitin, Barangay Semirara, Caluya town.
The 41-year-old Archie Malutao, a resident of the aforementioned barangay, was apprehended by officers of the Caluya Municipal Police Station led by Police Major Rex F. Farren around 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 4.
The suspect was detained at the Caluya MPS.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
