ILOILO City – Charged with qualified theft, a man was arrested in Barangay Cansadan, San Jose Antique.
Police identified him as 43-year-old resident Hernesto Legaspi.
He was arrested on the strength of an arrest warrant on Saturday, police said.
Legaspi was detained in the lockup cell of San Jose police station.
The court recommended a bail bond worth P90,000 for his temporary liberty./PN
