ILOILO City – Charged with qualified theft, a man was arrested in Barangay Lawaan, Roxas City, Capiz.
The 36-year-old Joanner Bermil of Barangay Bailan, Pontavedra, Capiz was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 10:20 a.m. yesterday.
Bermil was taken to the Roxas City police station where he was detained.
The court recommended a P40,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
