BACOLOD City – Charge with two counts of rape, a man was arrested in Barangay Dulao, Bago City, Negros Occidental.
The 18-year-old resident Romie Basa was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant on Aug. 10, a police report showed.
Police officers served the warrant issued by Judge Frances Guanzon of the Regional Trial Court Branch 62 in Bago City dated June 23, 2020.
The suspect was detained in the custodial facility of the Bago City police station.
The court recommended no bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
