BACOLOD City – A man facing charges for four counts of rape was nabbed in Barangay Magsaysay, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental.
Romar Cayetano, 18, was a resident of the locality.
Cadiz City Police Station officers carried out the arrest at 8:45 a.m. on Jan. 9.
Judge Gwendolyn Jimenea of the Regional Trial Court Branch 60 signed the arrest warrant dated Dec. 15, 2022.
The court recommended no bail for his temporary liberty./PN
