BACOLOD City – A rape suspect has been detained at the police station in Bago City, Negros Occidental.
The 69-year-old Segunda Arsenio Sulita of Barangay Abuanan, Bago City was arrested on Sunday.
Officers served the suspect a warrant of arrest in the village at around 2 p.m. on Sunday, a police report showed.
Judge Frances Guanzon of the Regional Tral Court Branch 62 (Bago City) issued the warrant just this April 24.
The court denied Sulita a bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
