BACOLOD City – A man facing rape charges was arrested in Barangay 40.
Police identified him as 45-year-old Leo Martinez of Barangay Sibucao, San Enrique, Negros Occidental.
Martinez was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant on Tuesday, a police report showed.
He was detained in the lockup cell of Bago City police station./PN
