BACOLOD City – Charged with four counts of rape, a man was arrested in Barangay Antipolo, Pontevedra, Negros Occidental.
He was identified as Ponciano Manalim of Barangay RSB, La Carlota City, Negros Occidental, a police report showed.
Manalim was nabbed on the strength of an arrest warrant on Monday, it added.
He was detained in the lockup cell of the Pontevedra police station, facing charges./PN
