BACOLOD City – Charged with rape, a man was arrested in Barangay Nanca, EB Magalona, Negros Occidental.
Police identified him as 26-year-old resident Ray Art Limbang.
Limbang was nabbed on the strength of an arrest warrant around 6:15 p.m. on May 4.
He was detained in the EB Magalona municipal police station’s custodial facility.
The court did not recommend a bail bond for Limbang’s temporary liberty./PN
