ILOILO City – Police arrested a man in Barangay Abong, Carles, Iloilo.
The 47-year-old George Junsay of Barangay Bay-ang, Batan, Aklan faces a charge for allegedly raping a minor, a police report showed.
He was nabbed on the strength of an arrest warrant around 11:40 a.m. on Sunday, the report added.
Junsay was detained in the lockup cell of the Carles municipal police station.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
