BACOLOD City – Charged with rape, a man was arrested in Barangay Zone 6, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental.
Resident Ferdie Mahinay, 56, was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 11:20 a.m. on July 4, a police report showed.
Police officers served the warrant issued by Judge Gwendolyn Jimenea of the Regional Trial Court Brach 60 in Cadiz City dated April 5, 2019.
The suspect was detained in the custodial facility of the Cadiz City police station.
The court recommended no bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
