BACOLOD City – Facing rape charges, a man was arrested in Barangay Maricalum, Sipalay City, Negros Occidental.
Ben Sebua, 57, of Barangay Buenavista, Escalante City, Negros Occidental, was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant on April 1.
He was detained in the lockup facility of the Sipalay City police station.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
