BACOLOD City – At about 8:30 p.m. on March 20, operatives of the E.B. Magalona municipal police station in Negros Occidental served an arrest warrant to a rape suspect.
Neil Lopez was a 49-year-old resident of Barangay 3-Poblacion, E.B. Magalona. His arrest warrant was issued on March 8 by Judge Dyna Doll Ciongson-Trocio of Regional Trial Court, Branch 40.
No bail bond was recommended for Lopez’s temporary liberty. He was detained at the municipal police station lockup cell./PN
