ILOILO City – Police arrested a 39-year-old man from Dueñas, Iloilo.
Michael Labos has been charged with “rape by carnal knowledge,” a police report showed.
Officers served him a warrant of arrest in Barangay Poblacion C where he also lives at around 6:10 p.m. on Feb. 14.
The Dueñas police station took him in custody.
There was no bail bond set for this temporary liberty./PN
