BACOLOD City – He faces charges for three counts of rape.
The 55-year-old Reynaldo Sagal was arrested at his residence in Barangay Taloc, Bago City, Negros Occidental on Tuesday, a police report showed.
Officers from the Bago City police station served Sagal with an arrest warrant issued by Judge Francis Guanzon of the Regional Trial Court Branch 62.
The warrant was issued in relation to Criminal Case Nos. 4332, 4333 and 4334 that Sagal faces.
Sagal was detained in the lockup facility of the Bago City police station.
A P200,000 bail bond under each of the cases was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
