BACOLOD City – The court has denied bail for the temporary liberty of a rape suspect arrested in Barangay Burgos, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental.
Eighteen-year-old resident Nolan Namoco was caught around 1:30 p.m. on Sept. 16.
He was detained at the Cadiz City police station./PN
