BACOLOD City – After about four years of searching, policemen of Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental finally caught the No. 1 most wanted man in the city.
Jay-R Hermano, 31, was a resident of the city’s Barangay Oringao.
Facing rape charges, a warrant of arrest was served at his residence around 12:20 a.m. on April 22, a police report showed.
Judge Rodney Magbanua of the city’s Regional Trial Court Branch 61 issued the warrant dated July 17, 2017.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the Kabankalan City police station.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
