ILOILO City – Charged with rape, a 22-year-old man was arrested in Barangay Poblacion, San Dionisio, Iloilo.
Armed with a warrant of arrest, police caught Kaiser Pacalinga around 2:40 p.m. on May 3, a police report showed.
The suspect – tagged the No. 2 most wanted person in San Dionisio – was brought to the municipal police station.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
