ILOILO City – Police served an arrest warrant at a court in City Proper.
Alan Christopher Breva was nabbed around 8:30 a.m. on Monday at the Ramon Avaneña Iloilo Hall of Justice.
He faces a charge for rape by carnal knowledge in relation to Republic Act 7610, or the Special Protection of Children against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act.
Breva was detained in the lockup cell of Police Station 1.
The court recommended an P80,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
