ILOILO City – Police arrested a resident of Cavite province in Tigbauan, Iloilo.
Richard Tuliba of the city of Bacoor has been wanted for a reckless imprudence resulting to physical injury charge, a police report stated.
Officers served him a warrant of arrest at 8:30 a.m. on Monday in Barangay Barosong, Tigbauan. The charge was filed in Bacoor.
Police said they have been searching for Tuliba for more than a year already.
Judge Maria Luwalhati Cruz of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court in Bacoor issued the warrant and set the bail bond at P12,000.
Tuliba was hauled to the lockup cell of the Tigbauan police station.
It was not immediately clear as of this writing if the suspect has posted bail./PN
