BACOLOD City – She was accused of reckless imprudence resulting to physical injury.
The 20-year-old student Jona Faulve was caught on Monday on the strength of an arrest warrant in Barangay 9, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental, a police report showed.
Judge Jose Manuel Lopez of the Municipal Circuit Court issued the warrant on Oct. 10.
Officers from the Kabankalan City police station staged the arrest.
Faulve – a resident of Barangay Talubangi, Kabankalan City – was detained in the lockup cell of the Kabankalan City police station.
The court recommended a P30,000 bail bond for her temporary liberty./PN
