BACOLOD City – Police Station 8 arrested a reckless imprudence suspect on Wednesday on Magsaysay Avenue, Barangay Singcang-Airport.
Bran Montalvo, 35, a resident of Barangay 16, was served with an arrest warrant issued by Judge Remegio Rojo of the Regional Trial Court Branch 5 for the crime of reckless imprudence resulting to homicide.
The court recommended a bail bond of P12,000 for his temporary liberty./PN
